Holy Mountain is a wild apple + balsam fir hydrosol

Hand harvested locally from the highest peaks of the Santa Catalina Mountains and steam distilled fresh as could be. This hydrosol carries the crisp spirit of autumn & smells just like the forest :)

These refreshing plant waters are often overlooked due to their inherent subtlety, but there’s no denying that the alchemical process of steam distillation has a way of drawing out some of the most nutritive and synergizing qualities that a fruit, plant, or flower has to offer. And as beings who are made of primarily water, we drink it right up

Hydrosols are excellent at replenishing skin, scalp, and hair because they contain the water soluble vitamin & mineral properties of the plant (whereas essential oils are the result of 'skimming' the hydrosol of it's fat soluble properties as a means to isolating the volatile aromatic compounds that contain little-to-no vitamins & minerals)

Apple Hydrosol is brightening, clarifying, and soothing. It's lightly astringent and has toning qualities that are especially helpful for oily skin & scalp. Apple moistens dryness, reduces excess heat, and is invigorating to the senses

Balsam Fir hydrosol is brightening to skin & hair because it's rich in vitamin C. It's also astringent, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory, making it well equipped to clear out impurities and restore balance

Hydration is central to using hydrosols. We suggest misting Holy Mountain onto skin prior to applying products (face oils, hair oils, serums, balms, creams etc), this will lock in moisture while creating a dewy look and feel

Our hydrosols are carefully steam distilled in very small batches and what you get is 100% pure wildcrafted botanical water

This is a one of a kind seasonal blend, available in a 2oz (60ml) or 4oz (120ml) size–for reference 6 sprays = 1 ml

Hydrosols are subtle in their scent profiles, do not expect to be overpowered by aroma and fragrance like most products. We do not add essential oils or any other types of scents to our products. Hydrosols have a shelf life of anywhere between 6-12 months depending on how they are stored, some like keeping them in the fridge, though a cool dark place is ideal

All ingredients are of the utmost quality–either locally sourced from small family farms, organically homegrown, or wildcrafted / hand foraged at peak seasonal potency, making each batch truly one of a kind
